The Boatshed
The boatshed is accessible by the same security key as used for complex gates and is provided for residents’ amenity.
Mooring of boats is not permitted, however it may be used to drop off and pick up passengers where jetties are unavailable.
No smoking is permitted in or around the boatshed.
The Jetties
The three finger jetties are provided for mooring of boats, however this is not for medium or long term periods. Mooring cannot be booked ahead of time and on each instance is available on a “first come ” basis. Due to limited space available, one boat per unit is allowed continuously for up to 2 weeks maximum and one trailer is allowed in the boat storage area in Banksia Terrace, subject to availability.
Boats must not be left moored on the jetty for more than 2 days if the associated unit is not occupied.
No smoking is permitted on or around the jetties.
The Canoe Storage
A rack is provided for the storage of canoes and kayaks and each canoe/kayak must display the owner’s unit number. The rack is not intended to be a long time storage place for these craft. If the rack is full, canoes/kayaks must be stored in the rear courtyards of the associated unit.
The Pool Deck and Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is provided for use by residents seven days per week, between 6.00am and 10.00pm. Use outside of these hours is not permitted.
The resident of each Lot is allowed to have guests use the swimming pool provided that they are accompanied by the resident.
Children under the age of ten must be accompanied and supervised by an adult person.
No glass bottles, drinking glasses or glass containers are permitted within three metres of the pool.
No consumption of drinks, food or confectionery is permitted within three metres of the pool.
No dive-bombing, running or rough play in the swimming pool.
No boogie boards or surfboards allowed in the swimming pool.
No nude or topless bathing allowed in or around the swimming pool.
No pets are permitted in or around the swimming pool.
No smoking is permitted on the pool deck.
Do not tamper with, or alter settings on any equipment in the pool area or remove the automatic pool cleaner from the pool.
Do not add anything to the pool water, as this can block the filters and alter the chemical balance needed to ensure that health standards are maintained.
Please observe rules listed in notices on the pool deck and utilise the area in a safe and considerate manner.
